Work Environment and Career Development

  • Facility - Our 13,400 square foot shop was completely renovated from the ground up prior to our relocation in August 2019. You'll work with the best, state of the art equipment from Hunter, Snap-On, and Rotary. The bays are open and airy, giving you a comfortable place to work and equip to best meet your personal needs.
  • Hours - We are open from 8am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday. We offer flexible schedules to help our team balance their work and personal lives.
  • Paid Holidays - National holidays when the shop is closed is considered Paid Time Off
  • Paid Vacation - 5 days after 1 year of employment, 10 days after 3 years of employment, 15 days after 10 years of employment
  • Continuing Education - We encourage and support the continued professional development of all of our employees. Study guides are provided for ASE exams and the cost of the tests can be reimbursed. Additional training courses are reimbursed with prior approval.
  • Variety of Work - 4 Corner Tire Shop & Auto Repair has been serving families, fleets, and fanatics since 2009. As such, you will be exposed to a wide variety of vehicles from many different manufacturers. You may work on an SUV, a box truck, and an exotic sports car all in the same day. This will allow you to gain much greater experience than you would at a single make dealer or independent shop, which in turn leads to greater pay and career opportunities.

Hiring Process

  • Interview - A company representative will contact potential candidates either by email or phone to start the interview process. After an initial introduction, potential hires are scheduled for a 30-45 minute interview at the company's location in Fort Lauderdale. Please be prepared to discuss your past experience, career goals, and desired pay and work schedule.
  • Hiring - We strive to respond to all candidates no more than 1 week from their interview date. Offers are extended in writing, and upon acceptance, we ask that candidates give their former employer two weeks' notice.
